MAJOR ELISHA D. HUBBARD CHAPTER 196
The Charter for this Chapter was granted by the National Commander on September 30, 1944. The original location was in Middletown, CT and eventually moved to it's current headquarters in Colchester, CT when the state department was organized and additional chapters were established to more effectively serve Connecticut Purple Heart recieptients.
